At Coffs harbour Show on Saturday she was best baby puppy in group, and also she won the baby Puppy sweepstakes. On Sunday she won Baby Puppy Group again.
Heres her first official show photo........needless to say Steve, his family, and me, are thrilled.

maternity leave is over - WELKS res CC

Logic had her first show today, since having the puppies 5 months ago, and won the reserve CC, so we were delighted with that. Still a bit of work to do to get all the bits back in trim (Logic, not me.....Im past the saving stage!!) but was really pleased to get her back in the ring and she was really enjoying her trip out .

Baby baily grows up!

Some new piccies of little "Baby baily" (Farlap Crofter) came as rather a shock as he seems to have grown up!! Here he is enjoying yet another trip to the coast, as well as a snooze from his position of authority at the top of the stairs!

Welsh choir

Heres The General, who lives in Wales, doing his impression of a Welsh male Voice Choir.......I expect it echos all around the mountains!

Tennant at School

Tennant had a trip to gundog training school yesterday, which started off well, but when he realised he was the only man amongst 6 ladies, his head went all fuzzy and he just couldnt concentrate. Every retrieve was a disaster as he rushed over to kiss the girls and forgot all about dummy training! Andrew is going to slip Bromide in his tea before the next lesson!
On a better note, he won Best of Breed and Best Puppy in breed at Cornwall Gundog, and here he is with his half sister Skarlat who was BOS,(note the glazed look on his face......he was in love again!). The next weekend he went to South Western Gundog Club, on his Birthday, and won BOB and BPIB AGAIN!! What a star.

Heres Harry (Farlap Constant)....and he seems to be completely taking over his new home!!!
It looks like his other bloodhound family have now accepted him in their homes and he is completely in charge of everyone!!

The great escape!!

At last the news we have been waiting for all month......Shelley (Farlap Cautious) is out of jail....well....out of quarantine anyhow!! Shes sailed thought it without a hitch and mostly thats down to the good folk at the Sydney station and to Steve and his family who dedicated themselves to so many visits and ensuring she was getting the very best of everything. Here she is, photographed today at her new home with Steve, Michelle, Shaylee and Michael, in the lovely Oz sunshine.

photos!

Like the proverbial Cobblers children....I never seem to get "show" pix of my own hounds unless I get a colleague to do some at a show for me!
I took C&C along to a small open show last weekend, where I was working, just so they could take in the dogs and the people and the show atmosphere. They really enjoyed all the attention and the sunshine, but best of all our dear friend John was there with his trusty camera, and he took some pix of the babies for me, with me standing them. Thanks John!
(Candle top and Cinnamon bottom) Cinnamon unfortunately was transfixed by where her sister was going without her, and so has her ears up high.......but not to worry!
